Export Import Officer

• Handling Exports/Import inquiries received from Salespersons and overseas agents. .

• Sourcing and negotiating prices with Liners, overseas agents.

• Try to increase conversion rate by following up with Salesperson, Customers and Liners.

• Analysing the pricing data and look after the conversion rates on the given price levels.

• Following up with new as well as prospective customers received from salespersons.

• Negotiating with liners regarding free time and additional requirements from customer.

• Understanding the requirements as per INCO Terms, getting rates from the overseas agents, Shipping lines, co-loaders,

• Preparing daily reports based on the data provided through system and prepare the strategy to covert more enquiry into business.

• Making Long term contracts with Shipping Line/ overseas Agents .

• EDI, IGM, IAL,ICEGATE

• Looking after Overseas EXW, DAP, DDP, DDU, FOB, CIF enquires.
