Key Responsibilities 1. Timely Production of Sauces Manage daily production to ensure sauces are manufactured as per schedule. Coordinate with the inventory and procurement teams to ensure raw materials are available in advance. 2. Factory Hygiene & Plant Cleaning Supervise daily cleaning and sanitation of the plant, machinery, and equipment. Ensure CIP (Clean-In-Place) is done before sensitive productions and at least once weekly. 3. FSSAI Compliance & Record Maintenance Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with FSSAI regulations. Track raw material receipts, batch production, and finished goods to ensure full traceability. 4. Training on Food Safety Standards Conduct weekly training for production staff on personal hygiene, FSSAI guidelines, and food safety protocols. Ensure adherence to all hygiene and safety norms on the production floor. 5. Packaging & Dispatch Oversight Supervise the packaging process and ensure dispatch readiness as per schedule. Verify product and box labels for accuracy and compliance. 6. Labour Management & Site Organization Assign daily tasks to labourers and ensure optimal productivity. Oversee weekly cleaning and organization of cabins, event room, pantry, and packaging areas. Ensure all raw materials, cleaning tools, and inventory are properly labeled and stored. Qualifications Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in one of the following: Food Technology / Food Science Microbiology / Biotechnology Agriculture / Agricultural Sciences Certifications: FSSAI FoSTaC (Food Safety Training and Certification) Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in food production or quality assurance roles.
