Key Responsibilities
1. Timely Production of Sauces
— Manage daily production to ensure sauces are manufactured as per schedule.
— Coordinate with the inventory and procurement teams to ensure raw materials are
available in advance.
2. Factory Hygiene & Plant Cleaning
— Supervise daily cleaning and sanitation of the plant, machinery, and equipment.
— Ensure CIP (Clean-In-Place) is done before sensitive productions and at least once
weekly.
3. FSSAI Compliance & Record Maintenance
— Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with FSSAI regulations.
— Track raw material receipts, batch production, and finished goods to ensure full
traceability.
4. Training on Food Safety Standards
— Conduct weekly training for production staff on personal hygiene, FSSAI guidelines,
and food safety protocols.
— Ensure adherence to all hygiene and safety norms on the production floor.
5. Packaging & Dispatch Oversight
— Supervise the packaging process and ensure dispatch readiness as per schedule.
— Verify product and box labels for accuracy and compliance.
6. Labour Management & Site Organization
— Assign daily tasks to labourers and ensure optimal productivity.
— Oversee weekly cleaning and organization of cabins, event room, pantry, and
packaging areas.
— Ensure all raw materials, cleaning tools, and inventory are properly labeled and
stored.
Qualifications
— Education:
Bachelor€™s or Master€™s degree in one of the following:
—‹ Food Technology / Food Science
—‹ Microbiology / Biotechnology
—‹ Agriculture / Agricultural Sciences
— Certifications:
—‹ FSSAI FoSTaC (Food Safety Training and Certification)
— Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in food production or quality assurance
roles.
