Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a strong understanding of the sales process.Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions or services.Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competition, and market conditions.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information in CRM tools.

Understand and visit clients to assess their requirements and recommend the most suitable products. Carry out remote-based fieldwork to connect with clients and understand their needs. Provide prompt responses to client inquiries via phone calls and email communications. Utilize effective sales techniques and presentations to convert leads into successful sales. Foster relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat business. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Monitor and report sales orders and payment status regularly. Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities. Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports for review. Maintain daily sales reports and submit them to the management team.
