Basic job involves greeting walking showroom customers; listen to their requirements advising them range of paint shades and its qualities suggest them most suitable item and improve sales. Field sales executives are required to visit client homes/office and attend their requirements.1. Identify walk-in customers at store and convert as painting business2. At home consultation, Product/Shade selection support and quotation sharing3. Coordinate with the painting contractor and give work schedule4. Supervision of Work-in-Progress Sites.5. Ensure prompt payment collection from the customers as per defined payment terms.6. Ensure work is completed as per customer expectation with good Net Promoter Score.7. Bike mandatory.8. This is Sales Job both showroom and field sales9. Maintain the paint counter and aisles on a daily basis10. Offer color matching expertise and paint product selection advice11. Establishing relationships and working with customers; Buying experience a plus12. A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction. 13. Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills.Salary 19,520-23000/- Gross plus incentives and allowancesMust requirement Any Graduates with 50% and above marks (passed candidates only) with no gap in studies Under 25 years of age with min 6 M to 1 yr experience of Sales & marketing.
