Experience - 2+yearsPreference given to only Mysuru candidatesRoles and Responsibilities -* Ensuring a positive guest experience throughout their stay or visit* Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively* Resolving any issues that arise during a guest's stay.* Ensuring that all staff members provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies.* Coordinating special services for VIP guests,* Acting as a liaison between guests and management, conveying guest feedback and concerns to the appropriate departments.* Implementing strategies to improve guest satisfaction based on feedback and reviews.* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service in guest areas* Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet company standards.* Handling emergency situations calmly and efficiently, such as medical emergencies or facility issues affecting guests.* Building strong relationships with repeat guests and corporate clients.Skills required -1. Proven work experience as a Guest Relations Supervisor or similar role.2. Understanding of all management best practices and relevant laws.3.
