roles and responsibilities -
* ensuring a positive guest experience throughout their stay or visit
* handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively
* resolving any issues that arise during a guest's stay.
* ensuring that all staff members provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies.
* coordinating special services for vip guests,
* acting as a liaison between guests and management, conveying guest feedback and concerns to the appropriate departments.
* implementing strategies to improve guest satisfaction based on feedback and reviews.
* maintaining high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service in guest areas
* conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet company standards.
* handling emergency situations calmly and efficiently, such as medical emergencies or facility issues affecting guests.
* building strong relationships with repeat guests and corporate clients.

1. proven work experience as a guest relations supervisor or similar role.
2. understanding of all management best practices and relevant laws.
3. proficiency in english and kannada; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
