Making out-bound calls to the prospective customers explaining the product and services offered by the company. Contacting existing customers to update latest features & functionalities of the existing product or various other product & services offered by the organization. Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements. Updating customer information in CRM Closer of sales & Service orders over phone to achieve the set monthly target. Asking relevant questions to understand the customer need. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services. Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis. Work with the cross functional team to fulfil customer demand.
