Built an effective communication with employees, employees engagement, HR activities. Registrations, Renewals, Amendments, Certificates and other legal compliances. Legal records maintaining/monitoring. Cultural activities, other programs planning implementation. Monitoring employee performance assist in Performance Management System. KRA Appraisal working of on-roll contractual employees. Security staff work monitoring, reporting to management. Educational Qualification: MBA (HR) Graduate with any stream Experience- Minimum 0-2 Years Experience In Core HR CTC- 1.5LPA- 3 LPA Joining Date- Immediate joiners

End-to-End Recruitment process Sourcing and Screening of candidates Maintaining database in daily basis Client Handling ability Handling job portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc..,) Good Communication skill Strong Interpersonal skills Basic Knowledge about Recruitment Knowledge in MS Excel
