1. Proven work experience as a Recruiter is desirable and will be a plus2. Understanding the requirement, sourcing by using databases, social media and portals network sites, reference, headhunting, database, etc.3. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to job portals, social media4. Screen candidates resume and job applications, conducting cold calls and initial telephonic interviews for information gathering5. Conduct tests to assess the competencies and skill sets of candidates6. Familiarity with HR databases & Process documentation
