Career Counseling to prospective customers; Any additional tasks assigned time to time as and when required; To follow up all enquiries and queries telephonically/ by emails; Involvement in all other forms of marketing activities both online and offline; Listening to the needs of prospects and educating the prospects; Willingness to contribute to any area of work as and when required; Maintaining records with respect to all communication happening with students; Building relationships with prospects; Achieving monthly/quarterly targets; Making cold calls when required; Finding new sales leads
