Responsibility........
. Handling Counselor Team
• Handling email, telephonic calling them and qualifying them to walk-in leads;
• Lead generation.
• Career Counseling to prospective customers;
• Any additional tasks assigned time to time as and when required;
• To follow up all enquiries and queries telephonically/ by emails;
• Involvement in all other forms of marketing activities both online and offline;
• Listening to the needs of prospects and educating the prospects;
• Willingness to contribute to any area of work as and when required;
• Maintaining records with respect to all communication happening with students;
• Building relationships with prospects;
• Achieving monthly/quarterly targets;
• Making cold calls when required;
• Finding new sales leads
