As a Facility Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. Your primary duties will include:- **Facility Maintenance**: Oversee day-to-day maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for employees and visitors. This includes scheduling repairs and conducting regular inspections.- **Vendor Management**: Liaise with service providers and contractors to manage contracts and maintenance schedules. This ensures that all services are delivered on time and meet quality standards.- **Safety Compliance**: Monitor building safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations. Conduct safety audits and implement necessary changes to adhere to legal requirements.- **Inventory Management**: Maintain records of facility inventories, including supplies and equipment. This involves tracking stock levels and ordering new supplies when needed to avoid shortages.- **Customer Service**: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding facility issues and concerns. Address inquiries quickly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.To qualify for this position, you should possess a Diploma in a relevant field, along with 1 to 3 years of experience in facility management. You need strong communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and service providers. A good understanding of maintenance procedures and safety regulations is essential. - Assist the Facility Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating the overall maintenance and operation of the mall.- Collaborate with maintenance, security, housekeeping, and other teams to ensure seamless daily operations.- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal of common areas, restrooms, and other facilities.- Supervise and support the work of maintenance staff, security personnel, and other contracted services to maintain high standards of service.- Coordinate repair and maintenance activities, ensuring timely response to facility-related issues and emergencies.- Assist in developing and implementing facility management policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and safety.- Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for compliance and reporting purposes.- Assist in preparing and managing the facility budget, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.- Support the planning and execution of mall events, promotions, and activities.- Assist in conducting regular inspections of the premises to identify and address maintenance needs and safety concerns.- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback regarding facility-related matters.- Assist in ensuring compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and building codes.- Contribute to the development of contingency plans for emergency situations, such as power outages or natural disasters.- Provide regular reports and updates to the Facility Manager on the status of facility operations and ongoing projects.
