Candidate will be responsible for the following 1. Listing Products on E-Commerce Channels like Amazon, ONDC, Flipkart etc2. Managing Inventory on all Channels and reporting inventory 3. Creating and maintaining product listing, single listing, bulk listings on various ecommerce portals.

am looking to hire a candidate as per below SkillsOnline Marketing Knowledge ,Should compulsory have basic computer knowledge, Fluent English, Banking Knowledge, And any extra skills apart of this will be a plus

* Handling listings on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Paytm, Myntra and Shopify etc.* Managing Product Cataloguing, Pricing, Description and A+ Content.* Planning & executing advertisement campaigns, promotional activities.* Identifying and exploring opportunities via market research and competitor analysis.* Co-ordinate with marketplaces for solving queries and issues.* Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, and partners.

*Follow up with inquiries through e-mails, Facebook, websites, WhatsApp, phones, and all other digital mediums - and convert to orders*Coordinate with the Dispatch team and ensure timely delivery of products with quality output*Engage Digital Audience through various Online Campaigns - Handle social media - Respond to inquiries, etc*Look for various mediums of expansion for e-commerce*Handling customer issues & grievances*Follow the Order Management Process*Coordinate with the CRM Executive for creating Database & Analytic*Maintaining relationships with the Customers*Conducting Online Sale activities Digitally, promotions, etc and other lead generation activities

Meet and exceed sales targets.Cold calling and cold emailing.Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts.Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.Uploading on B2B PortalsHandling Social Medias

Must have depth knowledge about the ecommerce portal like Amazon , Flipkart, Meesho, etc. The candidate must have good understanding about listing , order processing and reconciliation .

Responding to customer support inquiries as quickly and accurately as possible via phone, chat and email. Manage, process, and track customer Order for timely arrival of online orders. Documenting product issues, providing customer feedback and generate summarized reports to Product Managers and Operational Departments. Maintain high customer satisfaction & logistics metric scores for our online store Like, Amazon, eBay, Newegg. Data entry/analysis and reporting to support Management team. Communicate with other internal Operations, and working collaboratively with Ecommerce Channel Managers, Marketing, and Graphical Team. She understands English language well.
