The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking and packing products for shipment to customers.Key Responsibilities:1. Pick products: Accurately pick products from shelves and bins based on customer orders.2. Pack products: Carefully pack products into boxes and containers to prevent damage during shipping.3. Verify orders: Verify that picked and packed products match customer orders.4. Label and ship: Label and prepare packages for shipping.5. Maintain inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies.6. Follow safety procedures: Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Candidate should maintain day to day responsibility like packaging of the products and the assistant in the warehouse operations procurement of products from vendors and maintaining warehouse an inventory management.

Job description Sr Store ExecutiveOver all in charge of store activities in the organization. To ensure timely inward and issues are carried out regularly. To monitor the items are stored at proper designated areas and identified. To maintain a bin card system. To monitor stock levels and raise indent for the required items and submit for director approval. Ensure outstanding details should be maintained. To ensure all the records of stores are maintained. To ensure that the material is submitted along with GRN to QC. To monitor and control inventory levels. To identify & define new storing methods and space utilization. To maintain shelf life items and regularly monitor them. To handle outdoor work movement and see that their in and out are monitored and inform to director if any discrepancy. To handle stores personal and utilize them effectively. To see that all the supplier bills are timely processed. To set objectives for the stores and they followed. To implement 5S activities and maintain the registers and records as per ISO requirements, and oversee proper filing of documentation according to the quality standards. Ensure list of tools issued to production are checked with respective production supervisor and inform to director if any tools not found. To attend weekly meetings and to maintain daily work reports of all store personal. To full fill any other requirements given by MD / director from time to time.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: 30,000.00 - 37,000.00 per month

1. Quality check of products/stock based on the parameters, to ensure they meet quality standards.2. Verify accuracy of product labels and packaging.3. To manage warehouse in compliance with companys policies, mission, vision, goals simultaneously overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations. The responsibilities are:-Oversee the warehouse activities such as receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations, order booking, billing, accounting, replacement, documentation and logistics. Ensure annual/periodical safety audit and compliance requirement as per company policies.Provide instructions/assist to warehouse personnel in terms of work processes and programs.To coordinate opening and closing the warehouse on time and conduct tool box meeting with all employees daily.Allocate duties for employees and ensure that the discussion points are noted and acknowledge the same and appreciate/welcome suggestions on a proactive basis from team members.Verify and ensure that all employees adhere to the personal grooming and hygiene standards.Planning, organizing and controlling of warehouse comprehensive operations.Develop, delegate, implement and follow through product movement and storage strategies within the warehouse.Educate the team on company policies, mission, vision, goals, objectives and standard operating procedures to make sure that each workers/staff is informed and working properly.Responsible for setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization of warehouse.Analyze workflow and handle space requirement.Act as SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) escalation for warehouse related issues among the team and the management.Ownership and empower warehouse personnel with information on best safety practices and sharing best practices in work place.

Candidate should work in a warehouse, including inventory management, procurement of products and day-to-day operationscandidates should also assist in packaging products and be involved in the full process of reshipment of products to customers.
