The Store In-charge will be responsible for overseeing all activities within the store located in Dumdum Kolkata. Key responsibilities include managing inventory levels, supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store. The ideal candidate should have a minimum education of 12th Pass, be able to work full-time from the office, and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. Job ResponsibilitiesLead daily kitchen operations and supervise all kitchen staffPlan, prepare, and execute menu items with consistent qualityMaintain inventory, stock levels, and place orders as requiredEnsure hygiene, safety, and sanitisation standards as per FSSAIControl food cost, reduce wastage, and improve kitchen efficiencyTrain and mentor junior chefs and kitchen helpersCoordinate with service team for smooth order delivery

Key Deliverables Monitor stock levels, ensuring adequate supply of raw materials for production while minimizingexcess inventory. Maintain accurate inventory records for finished goods and leather, hardware components andpackaging materials etc. Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits Ensure availability of necessary materials to meet production schedules Analyze stock levels and inventory using D365 software Recommend to improve efficiency of inventory management Ensure inventory processes comply with company policies and relevant regulationsExperience of 10-12 years in Inventory management with a focus on leather accessories
