Desktop Support EngineerJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our end-users, ensuring seamless operation of their desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Prepare And Distribute Sales Proposals, Contracts, And Presentations.Serve As The Primary Point Of Contact For Customers, Responding Promptly To Inquiries And Resolving Issues.Process Sales Orders And Coordinate With Logistics And Shipping Departments To Ensure Timely Delivery.Coordinate Sales Meetings, Conferences, And Events.Provide Administrative Support To The Sales Team, Including Preparing Expense Reports And Maintaining Sales Records.

1. Write orders in order book. 2. Total coordination with respective sales persons. 3. Register update & Return register in plant by evening. 4. Coordination for sample courier. 5. Generate Performa invoice, quotation, Outstanding stack out & CMI form. 6.To give dispatch details 7. Overall Sales Backend work

KRA1. Maintain installed systems at Site including exact time, sound level2. Daily reporting to senior staff at local and HO3. Collecting document on time from client4. Maintain feedback report from client on monthly basis.Required skills - Any Graduate1. Computer hardware Installation and troubleshooting.2. OS installation, driver support, backup data, control panel etc 3. Basic Networking skills to connect internet , data/ resource sharing in local area network. 4. Candidate should be presentable & Good in English Communication, Ready to travel in nearby cities.
