responsibilities:
- provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- install, configure, and maintain windows 10/11 operating systems and applications (ms-office 365, acrobat reader, etc.)
- troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- manage antivirus software and ensure system security
- collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
- communicate technical information to non-technical end-users
- document incident resolutions and maintain accurate records
requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in it industry handling end-user support
- proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving desktop-related issues
- strong knowledge of windows operating systems (win 10/11) and applications (ms-office 365, etc.)
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- graduation in computer science or related field is a must
qualifications:
- bachelor's degree in computer science, it, or related field
- certification in desktop support or related field (added advantage)
salary package:
- competitive salary package ranging from 12,000 to 15,000 rupees per month
