Post Sales calling for 2nd Day and 1 month after sales feedback Pending deliveries should be tracked and completed on time. Observe 15th Day Home Visits to all delivery customers Keeping in regular touch with the customers for getting references post sales. Ensure 100% customer delight through out the deal. Target achievement Acting like a team player Remaining updated on the automobile knowledge and technical knowledge along with updated information about competitors and their products
