The role involves extensive stakeholder engagement, field visits, institutional coordination, and outreach activities to ensure the successful execution of organizational initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Institutional Collaborations & PartnershipsBuild and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, NGOs, corporate partners, and community organizations.Coordinate meetings, presentations, and collaborative activities with stakeholders.Support volunteer recruitment, internship engagement, and institutional outreach efforts.Field Visits & Program ExecutionConduct regular field visits to monitor ongoing projects and collect feedback from beneficiaries.Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, awareness campaigns, and community events.Ensure smooth implementation of programs and address operational challenges when required.Marketing & OutreachSupport online and offline outreach initiatives to increase awareness about organizational programs.Represent the organization at events, networking opportunities, and stakeholder meetings.Assist in community mobilization and participant engagement activities.Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate records of project activities, beneficiary data, and attendance.Prepare field reports, impact stories, case studies, and program updates.Support monitoring and evaluation through data collection and reporting.Required Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and reporting skills; proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; willingness to travel within Mumbai; and a genuine passion for social impact and community development.
