We're a growing food brand currently operating as a cloud kitchen, doing events on the side, and gearing up to open our own caf soon. We're looking for a Commis 1 (Savoury) who's fresh out of culinary college and genuinely excited to learn, experiment, and grow with us as we build something from the ground up.What You'll DoAssist in the daily prep and execution of savoury dishes across our cloud kitchen and event menusLearn and follow standardised recipes while maintaining consistency in taste, portioning and presentationHelp set up and run the savoury section during service and eventsMaintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards at the workstation at all timesSupport with stock checks, ingredient prep and basic inventory managementWork closely with senior chefs to learn new techniques, cuisines and cooking stylesBring curiosity and ideas to the table we like people who want to experiment and try new thingsBe flexible and hands-on during events, pop-ups and as we ramp up towards the caf launchWhat We're Looking ForA culinary degree/diploma (freshers welcome this is a great first kitchen job)A genuine love for food and cooking, with a real interest in the savoury sideWillingness to learn, take feedback and grow - attitude matters more than years of experienceBasic knowledge of kitchen techniques, hygiene practices and knife skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on kitchen environmentA team player who's punctual, disciplined and takes ownership of their sectionInterest in experimenting with new techniques, ingredients and flavoursSomeone who's excited to grow with the brand as we move from cloud kitchen to cafWhy Join UsThis is a chance to get in early with a brand that's actively growing - from cloud kitchen and events today, to our own caf soon.
