About the Role:We are looking for an experienced female Admission Counselor who can effectively communicate with students and parents, from Telugu- and Malayalam-speaking backgrounds. The ideal candidate will counsel prospective students, explain our FMGE coaching programs, and help them through the admission process.Key Responsibilities:1. Handle student inquiries and follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, zoom meetings and walk-ins.2. Counsel students and parents about FMGE (Foreign Medical Graduate Examination) coaching programs.3. Convert leads into enrollments by explaining course details, fee structures, and benefits.4. Maintain student databases and follow up on pending admissions.5. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.6. Send event invitations via email and follow up proactively for confirmation. Maintain and update the database on CRM for accuracy and efficiency. Bachelor's degree in any discipline Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

Lead Generation: Actively source and qualify potential leads through cold calling, outbound campaigns, and other lead generation strategies. Customer Interaction: Initiate contact with prospective clients and get the tax packages renewed. Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth understanding of various company financial products to accurately present information to clients. Sales Pitching: Deliver compelling sales presentations over the phone and address customer concerns. Relationship Building: Establish strong rapport with potential clients by actively listening to their needs, providing personalized advice, and maintaining consistent communication throughout thesalescycle.
