About the Role:We are looking for an experienced female Admission Counselor who can effectively communicate with students and parents, from Telugu- and Malayalam-speaking backgrounds. The ideal candidate will counsel prospective students, explain our FMGE coaching programs, and help them through the admission process.Key Responsibilities:1. Handle student inquiries and follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, zoom meetings and walk-ins.2. Counsel students and parents about FMGE (Foreign Medical Graduate Examination) coaching programs.3. Convert leads into enrollments by explaining course details, fee structures, and benefits.4. Maintain student databases and follow up on pending admissions.5. Lead Generation: Actively source and qualify potential leads through cold calling, outbound campaigns, and other lead generation strategies. Customer Interaction: Initiate contact with prospective clients and get the tax packages renewed. Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth understanding of various company financial products to accurately present information to clients. Sales Pitching: Deliver compelling sales presentations over the phone and address customer concerns. Relationship Building: Establish strong rapport with potential clients by actively listening to their needs, providing personalized advice, and maintaining consistent communication throughout thesalescycle.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients, educating them about the companys products, services, and special offers. Send proposals and quotations, schedule appointments, and manage follow-ups with leads to move them through the sales pipeline. Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. Handle lead generation, lead follow-ups, and price negotiations to close deals. Manage a portfolio of existing clients to ensure retention, upselling, and renewals. Maintain professional phone etiquette during calls, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving any concerns. Generate and maintain accurate call records, conversation details, and lead status in the CRM. Prioritize tasks based on urgency to ensure deadlines and targets are met. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation, follow-ups, and closed deals. Address client questions, explain product details, and overcome objections with a strong understanding of the companys offerings.
