Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services Collect and record customer information, maintaining and updating the client database Day 2 Day - Daily CRM Functionality Update Call status, Notes, Reminders update into System Follow up on leads and prospects to convert inquiries into demo presentation Ensure clear and concise communication in both Hindi/Marathi/English Follow up with leads from calls, emails, and other marketing campaigns Achieve daily and monthly call targets and Prepare reports for review/mailSkills and Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent and Minimum of 2-3 year of experience in tele calling or tele marketing cold calling Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle pressure, manage multiple tasks, and work both independently tele caller Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to understand clients requirements, especially in the IT/Accounts domainTech Skills Required: Proficient in MS Office - Letter Draft - Maintain Excel Sheets - Mails - Presentations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables & VLOOKUP Proficient in Google Suite Applications Gmail, Google Doc, Google Slides, Google Forms etc; Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plusInterview Time: Interview type is In-Person only Interview Scheduled on Business Days Only Monday to Saturday Interview Time 12:00pm to 4:00pm
