Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
€¢ Collect and record customer information, maintaining and updating the client database
€¢ Day 2 Day - Daily CRM Functionality €“ Update Call status, Notes, Reminders update into System
€¢ Follow up on leads and prospects to convert inquiries into demo presentation
€¢ Ensure clear and concise communication in both Hindi/Marathi/English
€¢ Follow up with leads from calls, emails, and other marketing campaigns
€¢ Achieve daily and monthly call targets and Prepare reports for review/mail
Skills and Qualifications: -
€¢ High school diploma or equivalent and
€¢ Minimum of 2-3 year of experience in tele calling or tele marketing cold calling
€¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
€¢ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
€¢ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
€¢ Ability to handle pressure, manage multiple tasks, and work both independently tele caller
€¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
€¢ Ability to understand client€™s requirements, especially in the IT/Accounts domain
Tech Skills Required:
€¢ Proficient in MS Office - Letter Draft - Maintain Excel Sheets - Mails - Presentations
€¢ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables & VLOOKUP
€¢ Proficient in Google Suite Applications €“ Gmail, Google Doc, Google Slides, Google Forms etc;
€¢ Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus
