Key responsibilities:1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers: The telesales executive will be responsible for making calls to individuals or businesses to promote products or services.2. Pitch products or services: Presenting the features and benefits of the product or service in a compelling manner to persuade the customer to make a purchase.3. Maintain call records: Keeping track of all calls made, responses received, and follow-ups required in a systematic manner.4. Achieve sales targets: Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets set by the team lead or sales manager.5. Provide excellent customer service: Addressing any queries or concerns raised by customers in a professional and courteous manner.Required skills and expectations:1.
