Job Description

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers: The telesales executive will be responsible for making calls to individuals or businesses to promote products or services.

2. Pitch products or services: Presenting the features and benefits of the product or service in a compelling manner to persuade the customer to make a purchase.

3. Maintain call records: Keeping track of all calls made, responses received, and follow-ups required in a systematic manner.

4. Achieve sales targets: Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets set by the team lead or sales manager.

5. Provide excellent customer service: Addressing any queries or concerns raised by customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Required skills and expectations:

1. Good communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively over the phone to engage with customers and pitch products or services.

2. Persuasion skills: Being able to convincingly sell products or services to potential customers.

3. Basic computer knowledge: Proficiency in using basic computer applications to maintain call records and generate reports.

4. Patience and resilience: Dealing with rejection and handling difficult customers with patience and professionalism.

5. Team player: Willingness to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve collective sales goals.
