Client Interaction & Coordination Work closely with US Client Success Managers and Account Managers. Prepare and submit candidate packets in VMS platforms (Fieldglass, ShiftWise, Aya, VMS-specific systems). Track candidate progress and provide updates to clients and hiring leaders.5. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting Maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume roles. Achieve targets for submissions, interviews, offers, and starts. Update internal ATS and dashboards regularly.________________________________________Required Skills & QualificationsEducation Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Nursing, or equivalent.Experience 26 years of experience in healthcare recruitment (US or UK clinical staffing preferred).
