Job Description

Responsible for handling the process of end-to-end recruitment cycle

To source profiles from various job portals

Initial screening and profile matching with reference to educational qualification, experience, communication

Scheduling the candidate for interview like Telephonic, F2F, Skype, Zoom call, MS Teams

Should have work Extensively on All Job Portal

Strong knowledge on Excel

Negotiating the salary as well as notice period

Regular Follow up the candidates till joining

Interacting and maintaining good rapport with the candidate

Maintaining the database and preparing daily reports
