Timings: Flexible log in (4pm-12am) second shift

1st and 3rd sat off

Must have own Laptop/Desktop with Internet Connection.

Salary- depends on the experience

Job Description

• Responsible for handling the process of end-to-end recruitment cycle

• To source profiles from various job portals

• Initial screening and profile matching with reference to educational qualification, experience, communication

• Scheduling the candidate for interview like Telephonic, F2F, , Zoom call, MS Teams

• Should have work Extensively on All Job Portal

• Strong knowledge on Excel

• Negotiating the salary as well as notice period

• Regular Follow up the candidates till joining

• Interacting and maintaining good rapport with the candidate

• Maintaining the database and preparing daily reports
