Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Clinical Recruitment
• Source, attract, and engage licensed clinical candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates for clinical competence, certifications, work experience, licensure, and shift suitability.
• Conduct detailed qualification calls (intakes) with clinicians.
• Manage the entire hiring lifecycle from sourcing → interview → selection → onboarding.
2. Understanding Clinical Roles & Requirements
• Work with hiring managers/client teams to understand requirements for:
o RNs (ER, ICU, OR, Med-Surg, Telemetry, etc.)
o Allied roles (Radiology Techs, MLS/MLT, PT/OT, Respiratory Therapists, etc.)
o Physicians/NPs/PAs (optional depending on client)
• Interpret job descriptions, facility needs, and specialty-specific competencies.
3. Candidate Evaluation & Compliance
• Verify certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, ASCP, ARRT, etc.)
• Check clinical experience levels (unit type, procedures performed, equipment used).
• Coordinate with compliance: background checks, onboarding documents, credentialing, and client-specific requirements.
4. Client Interaction & Coordination
• Work closely with US Client Success Managers and Account Managers.
• Prepare and submit candidate packets in VMS platforms (Fieldglass, ShiftWise, Aya, VMS-specific systems).
• Track candidate progress and provide updates to clients and hiring leaders.
5. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting
• Maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume roles.
• Achieve targets for submissions, interviews, offers, and starts.
• Update internal ATS and dashboards regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Nursing, or equivalent.
Experience
• 2–6 years of experience in healthcare recruitment (US or UK clinical staffing preferred).
• Experience hiring RNs, Allied Health, MLS, Rad Techs, Surgical Techs, etc.
• Experience working in US time zones is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills
• Familiarity with VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Magnit, Beeline, Aya Portal).
• Strong ATS usage JobDiva
• Knowledge of clinical terminology & hospital unit structure (ICU, ED, OR, etc.).
Soft Skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced staffing environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
