Hiring HR RecruiterLocation - Airoli - Thane - MaladMonday - Saturday WorkingDay ShiftJob Responsibilities --Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and job specifications.-Analyze current and future hiring needs and prepare job descriptions accordingly.-Write and post clear, concise, and attractive job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, company website, social media).-Ensure that job postings align with the companys brand and hiring goals.Use a variety of sourcing methods (online job boards, social media, employee referrals, professional networks, etc.) to identify potential candidates.-Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings.-Conduct initial screenings, including phone interviews, to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.-Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels.Requirement -Should Possess excellent communication skillsSelf driven, Never Say Die AttitudeRecruitment Experience is a plus.

1. Have 3-4 years of UK recruitment experience/ should be able to understand the UK geography, Visas, Job boards, market rates etc.2. Excellent communication skills.3. Self-motivated, aggressive, driven to hit the target.4. Be able to make 50-60 calls a day and work in UK hours from the office.5. Overall experience between 6-10 yrs.6. Knowledge of following UK Job Boards - Indeed, Reed, LinkedIn, CV Library.7. Work from office - Mon to Fri8. Location - Lower Parel, Mumbai9. Shift timings - 1:30pm to 10:30pm IST
