Roles and Responsibilities
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Maintaining internal database of consultants as per their skill sets.
• Responsible for sourcing candidates from different job portals and social media other job posting websites
• Sourcing, Searching, Identifying consultants using job boards like US job portals like Monster, Career Builder and LinkedIn and Internal Database.
• Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references
• Co-ordinates interviews and be hand in end-end process till offer been rolled.
• Responsible for salary negotiations, closing the candidates and till the applicant gets placed.
Must have skills:
-Excellent communication and convincing skills.
-Strong end to end recruitment knowledge required.
