We are seeking a dynamic and motivated USIT Recruiter to join our team and help us in sourcing and recruiting freshers for our USIT (US Information Technology) projects. As a USIT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and onboarding potential candidates to meet our client's technical requirements.Responsibilities:Utilize various sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, and referrals to identify and attract potential candidatesScreen and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications, skills, and cultural fitConduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skillsCollaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferencesManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hiresBuild and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needsKeep track of recruitment metrics and report on the effectiveness of different sourcing strategiesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the USIT domainStrong understanding of US Information Technology (USIT) and related technical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlinesFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment toolsIf you are passionate about recruiting and have a strong understanding of the USIT industry, we would love to meet you.
