Manage diary and schedule appointments for the Practicing Company Secretary (PCS).b. Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and visas.c. Coordinate meetings and conferences, including venue booking, participant invitations, and agenda preparation.Client Management:a. Assist in client relationship management by responding to queries and requests in a timely manner.b. Prepare and draft correspondence and documents, such as letters, emails, and reports.Coordinate with clients for document collection and submission.Legal and Regulatory Compliance:a. Assist the PCS in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.b. Prepare and file statutory returns and forms.Maintain updated records of company documents and statutory filings.Project Management:a.
