Handle customer escalations related to sales inquiries and bookings, resolvingissues with a positive and solution-oriented approach. Utilize strong negotiation and convincing skills to secure sales and close deals. Manage and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty. Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry best practices. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.Ideal Candidate must have Minimum of a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration,Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (freshers or 1 year of experience considered). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concernseffectively. A passion for travel and a genuine desire to help others create unforgettableexperiences. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a drive to succeed. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and travel booking systems (a plus).
