**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage executive's calendar: Coordinate all meetings, appointments, and events for the executive, ensuring efficient time management.
- Handle communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for the executive, managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.
- Organize travel arrangements: Make travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for the executive's business trips.
- Prepare documents and reports: Assist in creating and editing documents, presentations, and reports for the executive's meetings and presentations.
- Support in project management: Help in coordinating and tracking projects, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are informed of progress.
