About the Role:We are looking for an experienced female Admission Counselor who can effectively communicate with students and parents, from Telugu- and Malayalam-speaking backgrounds. The ideal candidate will counsel prospective students, explain our FMGE coaching programs, and help them through the admission process.Key Responsibilities:1. Handle student inquiries and follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, zoom meetings and walk-ins.2. Counsel students and parents about FMGE (Foreign Medical Graduate Examination) coaching programs.3. Convert leads into enrollments by explaining course details, fee structures, and benefits.4. Maintain student databases and follow up on pending admissions.5. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.6.
