Required Skills:
• Good in Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Candidate Must be a Graduate
• Preferable if you have Science Background with BSC / MSC in computer Science / DOEAC A level / Equivalent diploma in computer science, degree in information technology from a reputed institution.
• More preferable if you have at least 1 year working experience in Client / customer interactions with experience letter
Job Role
• Mainly discovery of customers / prospects from database as per requirement of the project
• Making customer calls (cold calls, intermediate calls, follow up calls etc.)
• Collection of data – Basic data about the company, key contacts etc.
• Sometimes conducting an assessment of company’s needs and gap areas (. cyber security products, business applications, hardware requirements etc.)
• Advocating client’s products Mostly it is IT Product and solutions
• Influencing & pursuing the customer
• Building a list of prospect and creating business opportunity for the client
• Finally aligning the customer with the client
• Sometimes inviting customers to participate in the events sponsored by the client
