Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients, educating them about the company€™s products, services, and special offers.
€¢ Send proposals and quotations, schedule appointments, and manage follow-ups with leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
€¢ Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
€¢ Handle lead generation, lead follow-ups, and price negotiations to close deals.
€¢ Manage a portfolio of existing clients to ensure retention, upselling, and renewals.
€¢ Maintain professional phone etiquette during calls, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving any concerns.
€¢ Generate and maintain accurate call records, conversation details, and lead status in the CRM.
€¢ Prioritize tasks based on urgency to ensure deadlines and targets are met.
€¢ Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation, follow-ups, and closed deals.
€¢ Address client questions, explain product details, and overcome objections with a strong understanding of the company€™s offerings.
€¢ Handle rejection professionally while maintaining a positive attitude and persistence in achieving sales goals.
