Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and leads to promote our products and services.- Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups.- Identify and qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.- Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to improve marketing campaigns.- Address client inquiries and provide information about our products and services.- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and events.Requirements:- Female candidates are preferred.- Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role is a plus.- Good verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner.
