The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:- Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential and existing customers to discuss products and services, maintaining a friendly tone and clear communication.- Customer Follow-up: Reach out to clients for follow-up inquiries and feedback, building rapport and ensuring their needs are met.- Data Management: Record call details and maintain accurate customer information in the database for future reference, ensuring data integrity.- Problem Solving: Address customer queries and concerns efficiently, providing appropriate solutions and escalating issues when necessary.- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve targets and improve overall performance, contributing to a positive work environment.Required Skills and Expectations:The candidate should have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a calling or customer service role. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. A pleasant phone manner and the ability to build rapport with customers are vital for success in this role. Additionally, the candidate should be detail-oriented, able to manage time effectively, and possess basic computer skills to handle data entry tasks.
