Key Responsibilities:
- **Outbound Calling**: Make calls to potential and existing customers to discuss products and services, maintaining a friendly tone and clear communication.
- **Customer Follow-up**: Reach out to clients for follow-up inquiries and feedback, building rapport and ensuring their needs are met.
- **Data Management**: Record call details and maintain accurate customer information in the database for future reference, ensuring data integrity.
- **Problem Solving**: Address customer queries and concerns efficiently, providing appropriate solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to achieve targets and improve overall performance, contributing to a positive work environment.
Required Skills and Expectations:
The candidate should have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a calling or customer service role. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
