It's a pre-sales process The company provides ayurvedic knees therapy This is an alternative to Knees surgery Initiate telephonic conversation to understand the patients requirements, and assess the same to fix the appointment with the Doctors. leads provided from various online and offline channels like Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, Lab, Doctors, etc (No hardcore sales and cold calling) Will get the interested clients' data and have to fix the appointment with the Doctors Updating the CRM/Dashboard with the relevant information obtained from the call. Following up with the prospects as per their requested time Skills: Should be confident and show empathy and sympathy wherever required on the call. Should have good listening skills Eligibility: Telesales experience Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi. Multiple Languages will be an add-on benefit.
