Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform outbound calls to potential customers: Contact leads provided by the company and pitch real estate products and services.

2. Handle incoming calls from customers: Address inquiries, provide information on products, and assist with any issues or concerns.

3. Build and maintain relationships with customers: Follow up with leads, provide excellent customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Meet sales targets: Achieve set goals for sales conversions and revenue generation.

5. Maintain database and records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Required Skills and Expectations:
