- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers: As a tele counselor, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to individuals who have shown interest in the products or services offered by the company. - Cold calling to generate leads: You will be required to make cold calls to individuals who have not previously expressed interest in the company's offerings in order to generate new leads and potential customers. - Provide information to customers over the phone: You will need to effectively communicate information about the company's products or services to potential customers over the phone in a clear and concise manner. - Close sales over the phone: It will be part of your job to persuade potential customers to make a purchase over the phone and close sales effectively. Skills and Expectations:- Good communication skills: You should have excellent verbal communication skills in order to effectively communicate with customers over the phone. - Strong sales skills: A knack for sales and the ability to persuade customers to make a purchase is crucial for success in this role. - Ability to work well under pressure: You should be able to handle rejection and work well under pressure to meet sales targets. - Basic computer skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills will be necessary for documenting customer information and sales leads accurately.

Tele counselor:We are searching for an engaged tele caller to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients. To this end, the tele caller will be required to obtain lists of individuals' information, and to source data for additional members of the target audience. You should also jot down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff.Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.Noting important details of each conversation.Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
