As a Tele Counselor, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting potential students interested in our programs. Your primary goal is to provide effective guidance over the phone, helping them make informed decisions about their education.Key responsibilities include:- **Conducting Calls**: You will reach out to potential students to understand their educational interests and help them with program selection.- **Providing Information**: It is essential to give accurate details about different courses, admission processes, and any other queries students may have.- **Building Relationships**: You will establish rapport with prospective students, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued throughout their inquiry.- **Following Up**: Regular follow-ups with interested candidates are necessary to keep them informed and engaged.- **Maintaining Records**: You will be responsible for keeping accurate records of calls, inquiries, and the status of leads in the database.To succeed in this role, you should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to explain complex information clearly. A friendly and approachable personality will help you connect with others effectively. Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer programs for data entry is also important. You should be a quick learner, adaptable, and passionate about helping students reach their educational goals. A minimum of a 12th-grade education is required, and prior experience in a related role is a plus but not mandatory.

To counsel, educate and popularise the academy objectives and promote the different courses namely UPSC KPSC SSC IBPS RRB etc. The candidates must have commitment to convey every lead to an admission and shake up the intake gradually

Make 100+ outbound calls daily to potential customers, introducing products/services. Build rapport, handle objections, and close sales or book appointments. Record call details in CRM, follow up on leads, and report daily metrics.Required Qualifications

Utilized customer support tools Zendesk, Freshdesk to manage and resolve an average of 20 tickets per day, maintaining a 100% satisfaction rating.Handled client inquiries efficiently across multiple channels email, chat, phone, prioritizing and escalating cases to meet service-level agreements. Analyzed customer feedback and CRM data to identify and address recurring issues, contributing to process. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution for client escalations improvements that increased first-contact resolution, Daily checking calls and reporting work is done professionally. Maintaining daily tracker of tickets and checking alerts in solarwinds and production and disk servers redirecting them to respective teams.
