A friendly and approachable personality will help you connect with others effectively. Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer programs for data entry is also important. A minimum of a 12th-grade education is required, and prior experience in a related role is a plus but not mandatory.

Make 100+ outbound calls daily to potential customers, introducing products/services. Build rapport, handle objections, and close sales or book appointments. Record call details in CRM, follow up on leads, and report daily metrics.Required Qualifications
