Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, including common areas, workstations, and restrooms.Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff, visitors, and clients as required.Assist in setting up meeting rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment is ready.Manage office supplies, restocking items such as stationery, beverages, and cleaning materials.Handle office errands such as collecting documents, delivering packages, or running other necessary tasks.Ensure the office environment is comfortable, neat, and welcoming for staff and visitors.Assist in organizing and setting up events, meetings, or conferences when needed.Support administrative staff with various tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and sorting documents.
