Prepare and share monthly payroll reports and MIS with management. Address employee queries related to salary, taxation, and deductions. Liaise with HR and finance teams for smooth payroll execution. Maintain confidentiality of payroll data at all times.Requirements: Experience: Minimum 23 years of dedicated experience in payroll (not accounts). Software Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Greythr payroll software is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and statutory compliance.
