The HR will be responsible for end-to-end human resource operations, including manpower
planning for project milestones, bulk recruitment of engineers and workmen, statutory
compliance with labor laws (CLRA), and maintaining harmonious industrial relations.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning (Project Based)
Drive manpower planning for projects (white-collar staff and blue-collar labor) in
coordination with project managers.
Oversee bulk hiring for site-specific roles and ensure timely onboarding.
Manage relationships with third-party contractors and staffing agencies.
B. Compliance
Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws: Factories Act, Contract Labor (Regulation and
Abolition) Act, Industrial Relations Act, EPF, and ESI.
C. Payroll & HR Operations
Manage monthly payroll for staff and oversee contractor compliance for labor wages.
